What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of unique, handmade items I cannot accept returns or exchanges. In the unusual event that your item arrives to you damaged in any way, please contact me ASAP to discuss the repair of your item.
Do you offer Resizing?
I offer at home ring sizers as well as in person sizing at my studio. If you still need your item resized please read further, then contact me.
Resizing is not an easy task, I set my stones tight to last a lifetime. I ask that you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure you know your correct and current sizing. If you still need an item resized there is a $50 resizing fee & a stone fee when necessary.
I ordered a Ring Sizer but I’m unsure how to use it?
All ring sizers come with instructions when you order. First look for your instructions. If you can’t find them follow these steps:
FIRST you have a black sizer & a white sizer - black will only do whole sizes, white will do half & whole sizes!!!
1. Make sure you use the correct finger on the correct hand. The fingers on our dominant hand are often larger than on the non-dominant hand
2. Put the end of the ring sizer through the “buckle”. Slowly pull it through until you have a large sized ring that you can easily put onto the finger
3. Put the ring sizer over the chosen finger and gently pull it tighter until you have the correct size
4. The measured ring size to use is the one on the inside of the buckle of the ring sizer
5. The correct size should allow the ring sizer to move over the knuckle without too much effort
6. If the gauge on the ring sizer shows a point between two sizes, use the larger one. It is better that a ring is a fraction too big, than too small
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Yes! Head over to my contact page and tell me what you’re thinking! I try to respond within 24-48 hours. Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to make please consider your timing when sending a custom request. You can contact me about custom orders when my IG says *closed*, I will add you to a list of people to contact first when I reopen commissions!
I have an old ring that needs some new life, what can you do?
First and foremost - I LOVE RE-WORKS! If its just a new band you want great if its a whole ring you want to re-work let heckin’ do it! Send me an email through my contact page or shoot me a DM on Instagram and let’s get to brainstorming.
How long does shipping take?
Once you have placed your order from Good Girl I will personally do a little happy dance! After my dance has commenced I will get right on it - typically I ship ‘standard’ orders on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s. I will send you an email with tracking when your item is ready. I do not ship on weekends.
Need your items faster?
I offer expedited shipping for $10 at checkout. This includes USPS 2-3 day shipping.I try to ship ‘expedited’ orders next day.

Are you a Columbus local?
I offer consultations, free sizing and pick up at my studio. When ordering you can select local pick up at checkout. When your item is ready for pick up I will email you a link with how to schedule your time.

I am open to wholesale requests! As long as we have the same ideals & our styles line up. Products and pricing is determined on a case by case basis. Contact me for more deets!
My piece is damaged, what can I do?
If you have ANY issues with your jewelry - contact me. All of my jewelry is GUARANTEED for life. I am more than happy to repair any issues you may incur - FOR FREE.
